Returns & Exchanges Policy

At HighHeels, we want you to walk with confidence; if your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. All returns must be unworn, in their original packaging, and include all protective heel films.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Heels

  Carefully place the shoes in their original dust bags and designer box to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it, and securely attach it to the outside of your shipping carton.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated courier; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
